YLI: OUR PROPRIETARY CELLULOSE MATERIAL

At our innovation’s core is YLI, our custom-engineered, 100% fibrillated cellulose. Derived from ‘wood,’ YLI creates marine-safe packaging from renewable pulp. This material is engineered to gently return to nature, minimizing environmental impact and safeguarding our planet.

PROTECTING INNOVATION: PATENT & TRADEMARK

Our proprietary technology is protected by a patent application, covering its novel mold design, multi-step pressing system, and controlled drying process. We are also trademarking ‘YLI’ for our fibrillated cellulose material, with ownership shared with UMD CIE.
